Plot and Membership Renewals are Due January 1, 2024.  Plots assigned to existing Members that are not renewed by Feb 1, 2024 will be REASSIGNED to other members seeking plots! 

 

- All renewing members must fill in a new 2024 Membership Application and send in your 2024 membership fee. (See below for important updates)

 

Membership Renewals for 2024 are now due for all members! (Both Plot and Non-Plot Members)

 

NOTE: If you joined in August 2023 or later, you do not need to renew since your membership is good through Dec 2024.

 

For existing members who have a garden plot and want to renew for 2024, please note that we have new rules in effect with important changes to volunteering requirements (now called Workshare). 

 

Here's a recap of what you need to know:

• Plot and Workshare members have a 2-hour minimum monthly requirement for volunteering in the Gardens (there is no longer an opt-out option or fee)

• All members participating in Workshare will join a Team to work with at least monthly. Each team has a designated leader who is your main contact for the Gardens 

• All renewing members must fill in a new application

• The renewal fee is $45 for all members 

HOW to Renew Your Membership

1. Review the new Gardener's Handbook Highlights for 2023/2024

2. Fill in a new Gardener Member Application (2 pages)

3. Send in your signed form and payment

   • Send payment 

     • Pay Online (tap the "Select" button)
       OR

     • Pay by check made out to Clearwater Community Gardens and mail to 1277 Grove St., Clearwater 33755

   • Send in your application

     • Via email to vp@clearwatercg.org 
       OR

     • Mail by post to Clearwater Community Gardens
       1277 Grove St., Clearwater 33755

Remember, your renewal is not complete until you submit BOTH your payment and your application.
